These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the terms of sale of the products offered by CéramiKa on the site www.cerami-ka.com, exclusively for professional clients (B2B).

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

The products offered are ceramic biscuits intended for decoration, personalisation or resale. The photographs and descriptions are non-contractual but representative of the actual product.

As the products are handmade, slight variations in shape, colour or texture may exist.

Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding taxes (HT). The applicable VAT is added at the time of order. CéramiKa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Orders are made exclusively via the site www.cerami-ka.com. Any order is considered firm and final after payment validation.

CéramiKa reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:

• previous dispute with the client,

• non-payment,

• abnormal or suspicious quantity.

Payments are secured via :

• Credit card (Stripe)

• Bank transfer (on request)

The order is only dispatched after full payment has been received.

In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with Article L441-10 of the Commercial Code.

Deliveries are made in France and internationally via professional carriers.

The indicated times are estimates. CéramiKa cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

The risks are transferred to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

Any complaint must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, with supporting photos.

Given the fragile nature of the products, no returns will be accepted without prior agreement.

Personalised products are neither returned nor exchanged.

The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Any abnormal or diverted use voids the warranty.

CéramiKa cannot be held responsible for :

• indirect damages,

• loss of earnings,

• delivery delays,

• errors due to incomplete information provided by the customer.

All content on the site (photos, texts, models, creations) is protected by copyright. Non-free photos, taken by the management. Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission to contact@cerami-ka.com.

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those within the jurisdiction of CéramiKa's registered office.
